About this event

Are you an ostrich or an eagle?

Engaging employees, preparing your team and optimising people in times of uncertainty requires individual and holistic understanding. At this event we’ll explore current challenges , fly birds-of-prey, and hear from Consultant Psychiatrist and expert on mental health in the workplace, Dr James Briscoe, MB ChB, MRCPsych, MMedSci.

We need to acknowledge the reality:

  • Employee disengagement is at an all-time high.
  • Research shows that the quality of people management in the UK is low.
  • Absence from work due to stress and depression continues to rise.
  • Brexit, political turmoil and a weak pound only add to our anxiety.
  • While the opportunities presented by digitalisation, Artificial Intelligence and Industry 4.0 are exciting, they also bring uncertainty.

Are you going to bury your head in the sand or face the challenge head on?

At MH4.0 Training & Consulting we remain optimistic. We’re here to support organisations by optimising the capabilities and performance of their people – so they are better able to manage and take advantage of this era of change.

Why birds-of-prey?

I’m not going to reveal all just yet, but I can promise that it will be an interactive and engaging few hours, providing plenty of useful information including managing your people more successfully and better equipping yourself for the future. There’ll be food and drink to enjoy during the morning, and plenty of opportunity to network.

The small ticket charge is a donation to the Hawk Conservancy who are giving us their facilities and full support.
